Exchange + Store Credit Policies
EXCHANGE + STORE CREDIT POLICIES
We accept exchanges (with some limitations). Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for an exchange/store credit:
Guidelines for exchanges/store credit:
- Items must have all tags attached, in packaging (if applicable).
- Items must be in NEW condition (items shall not be washed or stained and must be free of odors).
- In-store purchases qualify for exchanges/store credit within 10 days with proof of purchase.
- Online Return Requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the item and must be mailed back to our address and in our possession within 10 business days of customer receiving the item.
If you received an item as a gift from Little Trends and you would like to exchange it, we can offer store credit with proof of purchase that is within the previous 21 days.
Items in our shop sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee exchanges. If the item is no longer available, we offer store credit for a qualified exchange made within 10 days with proof of purchase.
We cannot exchange items that have been previously exchanged within the qualified date of purchase. We limit exchanges to one-time per item.
Damages or Flaws
We check carefully for any flaws or damages before sending out an item. But if we happened to have missed something, please call or email us immediately so that we may take care of the matter
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the requirements listed. Thank you for supporting this small business!
